Night Porter

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, such as door handles, elevator buttons, and handrails
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors in designated areas
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or issues in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards
