**Office Admin/Customer Service**

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service/office administrator for their offices in Congleton. They provide a diverse range of services to businesses of all sizes across all industry sectors.

In this role you will be required to carry out general administrative duties. You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail. You will be working within the warehousing and credit control department dealing with orders in and out, purchase orders, Invoices and general admin reporting.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Checking deliveries against invoices
- Data input
- Delivery invoice monitoring
- Credit reporting
- Office admin
- Report generating/preparation
- Ad-hoc tasks as advised by Support Services Manager
- Processing orders, logging, and tracking
- Liaising with credit control and dispatch
- Direct, help, field, and prompt communication in and out of the Warehouse Department

**The skills required**:

- The job requires general administrative experience, good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office/Outlook/Excel
- Previous experience of office Administration - essential
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative when required
- Minimum of GCSE grade D or equivalent in Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
