**Salary**: £23,000 increasing to £23,500 after 6 months.
Hours: Monday
- Friday with one in 4 Saturdays

They are looking for an experienced customer service person who has an excellent telephone manner, an ability to multitask and enjoys building rapport with customers over the phone in order to help.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive & answer inbound enquires from customers
- Setting up payment plans
- Speak to a variety of customers to build rapport/understanding their needs
- Advising
- Proven customer service experience
- Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
- Team player with the ability to self-motivate
- Computer-literate
- Ability to multitask with strong eye for detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
