We are recruiting for Customer focused individuals who will provide customers with a first-class service

Our client is a leading organisation within their industry and are looking to build their successful Customer Service team.

**You will be**:

- Speaking to customers on the phone
- Listening to customers and identifying their individual needs
- Reviewing customers accounts and aiming to fix any issues first time
- Promote additional services
- Identify opportunities and drive improvements
- Resolve any complaints and escalate to management wherever needed
