**Reed Talent Solutions**are currently working with a Warwick based private sector medical organisation to recruit for a HR Workforce Analyst/Workforce Deployment Analyst on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The post-holder will work alongsidethe Head of Workforce Planning to develop resources and materials to enable the business methodology for electronic rostering and workforce deployment.

**Role Information**
- _Contract - 12 months _
- _Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9-5_
- _Salary - £30,000_
- _Remote Working_

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Provide transactional support to operational teams as directed by the Head of Workforce Planning_
- _Be the front door and act as triage for operational requests for support relating to workforce planning and deployment_
- _Support the development of materials, tools and documents that enable adoption of operational workforce planning approaches._
- _Design and develop general workforce planning resources, guidance and tools that will support the development of competence in workforce planning._
- _Support the design and development of the short term workforce planning strategy of the organization, delivering a robust support framework for the business._
- _Coordinating the identification of risks, key milestones for education and development, change management, workforce information and recruitment strategies._
- _Support innovative solutions to developing capacity, improving services, and tackling underperformance to improve quality of services and cost effectiveness._
- _Actively support the Head of Workforce Planning identifying hotspots within the business and liaising with relevant business leads on the most appropriate course of action._
- _Monitor the different workstreams to ensure they are performing at pace and meeting the necessary milestones._
- _Undertake project work as identified by and in consultation with the Head of Workforce Planning_
- _Support the implementation of interfaces between the eRostering system and other HR systems (i.e. cintra, agile one) by coordinating and documenting transactional processes_
- _Provide support, guidance and training to e-Rostering Administrators / Help Desk Operators, resolving queries as necessary._
- _Ensure that the data quality within the eRostering system is high, up-to-date and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations 2016._
- _Work with managers and other key stakeholders across the business to ensure timely and accurate rostering information is provided to support effective workforce planning._
- _Prepare, distribute and present as appropriate, KPI reports relating to e-rostering at meetings_
- _Responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of training to new and existing users, to ensure all staff use the system appropriately to support the Trust in meeting its financial targets._
- _Arrange and facilitate roster clinics / workshops to review existing rosters with managers and/or roster creators._
- _Work with other team members to produce materials and deliver training sessions for all staff required to use the e-rostering system._
- _Participate in the orientation and training of new staff to the system, identifying and providing additional support and coaching where necessary._
- _Identify any lack of understanding / competence with users and rectify with further training sessions or one to one support._
- _Accountable for the delivery of revised training programmes to all users to support all upgrades to the software._

**Essential Criteria**
- _Previous experience as a business analyst or process change analyst_
- _Understanding of the factors affecting the operational and staffing requirements of a unit / clinical team (or similar working environment)._
- _Understanding of performance management systems._
- _Understanding of the healthcare planning process and strategies._
- _Experience of working in a complex healthcare or technical organisation._
- _Experience of designing and delivering change and training to a diverse range of groups particularly on workforce systems_
- _Experience of using / working with computerised information systems, spreadsheets and relational databases to an intermediate level._
- _Significant experience of using an electronic rostering system (e.g. HealthRoster)_
