We are looking for a Project Coordinator we are looking for someone who is able to work full time but with time flexibility might be possible depending on the work load.
Who are we looking for?
Scheduler duties and responsibilities
A Scheduler is responsible for the logístical side of engineers appointments. They have a range of administrative tasks to undertake daily, their main duties and responsibilities include:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information on timings and dates to engineers.
Prioritising urgent appointments over non-urgent appointments
Moving appointments around to fit the calendar of engineers and then notifying tenants of any changes
Updating records, databases and calendars after appointments have been made or met.
- Monitor and aim to achieve 100% 1 st time fixes - to avoid return visits where possible.
- To monitor all no access’ and report accordingly
- Provide a weekly update progress to the clients.
- Daily updates will be required occasionally if agreed with the client
- Carry out a weekly analysis on job statuses across contracts
- Weekly figures to be provided to the Director / Operations Manager / Senior Administrator.
- Monitor and order the parts / materials for required jobs following engineers visits / authorised quotes etc.
- Update Purchase Order Book when materials requires ordering and notify Director.
- Liaise and monitor engineers performance.
- Cover annual leave where required.
- Hold meetings with the team / colleagues and clients as required.
Key Skills
Strong IT Skills with Knowledge and Experience of using Microsoft Packages
Previous Experience of planning and scheduling is desirable
Excellent Communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels
Good Organisational skills
Good eye for detail, and problem-solving (Critical Thinking) techniques
Good Analytical Skills to collect, analyse information, and decision making
Full training will be provided but experience would be preferred in the industry.
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
