**About the Role**: As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals navigating their mental health journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building meaningful relationships with clients, offering empathy, understanding, and support.
- Assisting individuals in daily activities and promoting independence.
- Implementing care plans and support strategies tailored to each person's unique needs.
- Supporting individuals in developing coping mechanisms and life skills.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and progress.

**Requirements**: To excel in this role, we require the following:

- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
- Empathy, patience, and understanding to provide compassionate care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of individuals.
- A positive and non-judgmental approach to empower clients on their recovery journey.

To be considered for this position you will:

- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- have satisfactory references
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
