Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support adults with various conditions, including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions, on a person-centered basis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, preferably in a mental health setting.
