Stafforce are actively recruiting for an Operations Agent to work on a temp to perm basis for our prestigious client based in Tilbury Dock. Upon successful completion of your temp to perm the full time salary will be 28K per annum.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Agent to join our team. Working as part of the Tilbury Port Team, this role is responsible for the smooth running of the Port including ensuring the safe loading and off loading of our vessels in a timely manner to allow the Ships to consistently depart on time or earlier, maximising loads and ensuring traffic is shipped to the correct destination, whilst being vigilant at all times to relevant regulations especially Health and Safety.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00 in week one & 14:00 to 22:00 in week two. In the future you may also be required to work some weekends as part of your ongoing rota.

You will need:

- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- A good understanding of the importance of Health & Safety at all times.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
