Job Profile: Customer Service Coordinator - Logistics Expert

Streamline Search is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the logistics and transportation industry. Our client, a well-established company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agents and customers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage the freight process from start to finish, excluding operations.
  • Provide quotations to customers and agents, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Book new shipments and manage cross-trade shipments with precision.
  • Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Handle invoicing and financial transactions with attention to detail.

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping, sea, air, and road freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of the global freight industry, including regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A collaborative and dynamic team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Customer Service Coordinator Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Competitive salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
