IT Business Partner | IT Relationship Manager | Business Change | IT Transformation | end-to-end IT project | Permanent | Hybrid | Job

IT Business Partner required to join the Technology team based in West London to contribute to the end-to-end IT project and service relationships across the business, transformation programme, continuous improvement and development of excellent servicedelivery.

This role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the office.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- You will foster a collaborative work environment and build relationships and influence with stakeholders at all levels
- Broad technical understanding with the ability to turn business requirements into strategic plans / roadmaps for delivery.
- You will have experience of working in a similar role, excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise activities across multi-functional teams.
- You will have the ability to embrace change, engaging and involving both team members and individuals across the business, and the ability to work at pace and deliver results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and in simple terms.
- You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and resolution skills and ideally experience within CPG and/or Food / Retail / Beverage industry.
- You will also hold professional qualifications and/or have a thorough working knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 and supplier management and/or knowledge and proven use of project management methodology - PMP / PRINCE2 /Agile/Waterfall
- Experience within a team delivering technology / enterprise solutions and projects (e.g. Finance ERP, Supply Chain planning solution, EDI and Integration solutions, CRM, Data & Analytics), ideally within transformation programmes
