**Salary**: £24,000 - £25,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update sales ledger records
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Process and record customer payments
- Provide support to the sales team as needed
- Generate reports and provide analysis on sales data
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven experience as a sales ledger clerk or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales ledger processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
