**About the Company**

My client based in East Yorkshire are a brand named FMCG organisation supplying a range of products sold through retail outlets across the United Kingdom. As part of the continued evolution of the local finance team the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre Sales Ledger Clerk.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Production of sales invoices.
- Processing and allocating all payments received from customers.
- Posting receipts onto the system and allocating against the relevant invoices.
- Dealing with invoice queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Running of the company invoice financing systems.
- Managing the company aged debt to credit terms.
- Ensure good relations and communications with other members of the finance team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Setting up new customers on the system.
- Input credit notes and correspondence onto databases/systems.
- Sales Ledger account reconciliation.
