**PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER - LINCOLN**

At Metrea Mission Data (MMD) we are experts in missionising and disseminating data; combining vast amounts of disparate data sets to provide valuable insights and analysis for our customers. Our deep-rooted knowledge of Tactical Data Links and Secure Networking allows us to serve these insights to where they will have the biggest impact.

In 2023, MMD will be expanding our teams within Malvern and Lincoln to continue the development of our product lines and deliver against future projects. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated PSO to support our growing number of projects and products and be responsible for:
1. Support the delivery of projects through conducting back-office tasks.

2. Ability to take meeting minutes and produce clear documentation.

3. Ability to work in a team environment but have the aptitude and confidence to work on their own and to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately to tight deadlines.

4. A confident communicator with clear and concise written and verbal skills are essential requirements.

5. A keen eye for detail, and confidence in reporting and presentations.

6. Maintaining project records (status, inventories etc).

What we are looking for?

1. Business Administration NVQ or equivalent

2. 1 year experience in an admin role within an office environment.

3. Exposure to financial functions would be an advantage.

4. Experience using Microsoft (excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other database packages.

5. Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.

6. Experience in planning work diaries would be advantageous.

7. Must be able to read, write and converse freely in the English language.

Where will you be based?

The role is based in our Lincoln office for collaboration with the MMD team Project and Financial team and wider stakeholders.
