We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Support Officer to join the People & Talent Academy to help us deliver our Trust Apprenticeship, Reservist, and other talent pipeline programmes at pace.

The Project Support Officer is a key member of the team with a role designed to help drive forward our programmes, ensuring an efficient, responsive and first-class service that will enable us to achieve our plans for continuous growth and further service development.

The role is varied and one day you might be processing apprenticeship Expressions of Interest forms, and the next helping to facilitate a Reservist recruitment event

You will ideally have knowledge of apprenticeships and experience of attracting and onboarding new recruits, however training will be provided.

Following an initial training period, our team currently have the option to work from home for 2-3 days out of 5.

You will provide confidential project support to the Apprenticeship Engagement Lead and the Reservist Project Manager, working across a number of different Academy projects.

You must have experience of working in a busy and demanding office environment, excellent project management skills and good attention to detail, with knowledge of Microsoft Office to support you in this role.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording of data into various on-line systems, ranging from staff expressions of interest and apprenticeship registration data, through to timesheet information for payroll.

You will also support the planning, development and facilitation of campaigns and events, including apprenticeship delivery workshops and exams, functional skills delivery, recruitment events and marketing campaigns. As such, the ability to drive and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.

This role involves a high level of interaction with internal colleagues and external partners and stakeholders, some of whom are from outside of Lincolnshire. Therefore, the ability to engage and maintain positive working relationships is vital along with strong interpersonal skills.
