We are looking for a Team Lead to join our specialist training company based in Aberdeen. Working in a hands on role, you will be responsible for proactively managing the requirements of the client on a day to day basis, ensuring agreed SLA’s are constantlymet and all enquiries are dealt with in a professional, timely manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of Training Coordinators/Training Administrators
- Work with the TMS Manager - Scotland to design and implement both client and internal KPIs to measure the performance of the team
- Look for ways to increase the insource percentage for client accounts
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with the Administration Team to ensure delegates are provided with a first class experience
- Be the first point of contact for the client, taking accountability and responsibility for the management of all aspects of course bookings
- Deal with client enquiries/complaints in a timely manner
- Attend face to face (and virtual) client meetings
- Ensure invoicing is completed in line with procedure

**Person Specification**

You will be a highly motivated, positive, driven individual with a commitment to getting things done. The client will be at the centre of everything you do, and you will contribute to the growth and success of our business through your skills and experience.You will have:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within the oil and gas industry
- Experience of managing people
- Excellent communication skills
