We are seeking a seasoned coordinator or administrator with expertise in training, travel, personnel logistics, or operations administration to serve as our Training Coordinator Lead. This individual will oversee the planning and coordination of training arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage team schedules, ensuring seamless coordination and organization.
  • Client Liaison: Act as primary contact for client queries and bookings, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop creative solutions that drive results.
  • Procedure Development: Maintain, recommend, and develop procedures for contracts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Team Growth: Lead the contract team, conduct performance appraisals, and plan for succession to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to add value to our services.
  • Supporting Strategic Growth: Assist Account Managers in achieving strategic goals, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Client Meetings: Attend and lead meetings with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Internal Meetings: Hold regular meetings with the team and relevant staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training Spend Monitoring: Review clients' third-party training spend to monitor trends and optimize costs.
  • KPI Compliance: Ensure contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and Purchase Orders (POs) are in place.
  • Revenue Tracking: Monitor revenue in comparison to deployed resources, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Workload Management: Monitor team workload and address issues promptly to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Provide regular look-ahead reports to the team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client Reporting: Supply clients with compliance and gap reports on a regular basis, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with client focal points, ensuring mutual understanding and trust.
  • Regular Updates: Keep the Client Account Manager informed with regular updates on progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Process Updates: Issue process updates and offer training as required to ensure teams are equipped to perform effectively.
  • Data Verification: Ensure data within Learning Management Systems (LMS) is accurate and fully populated, maintaining data integrity.

  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and software systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
