Job Title: Head of Secondary Curriculum

**Salary**: £60,400 - £80,800 per annum

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid

Contract: Permanent/Full Time (35 hours per week)
- This is a new role, created in order to lead the innovative programme defining the future of our Secondary curriculum. It provides an exciting opportunity to help ensure that Cambridge learners are ready for the world._

**About the role**

Ensuring that our overarching Cambridge curriculum vision, aims and principles are embedded within all elements of Cambridge Secondary (11-19) pathways, you will support the creation and development of our customer propositions.

You will need to set out and communicate a strong clear vision, establishing a coherent curriculum framework for the 11-19 pathway, managing and negotiating dependencies when working towards a holistic simplified products suite and ensuring fit with customer requirements as well as Cambridge principles, priorities and strategic initiatives.

Developing the overarching design for the relationship between curriculum, pedagogy and assessment for Cambridge Secondary programmes, you will ensure coherence and robust progression that will support the development of products and services to support future work, including supporting formative assessment.

**About you**

With deep knowledge and understanding of the UK and international education systems, you will be confident in your ability to create and develop coherent customer propositions. You will ideally have developed curricula and / or assessments beyond individual school contexts.

You will be experienced in developing effective networks and in influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, as well as leading your own team. Able to identify and focus on priorities, you will be skilled in motivating teams and ultimately delivering the highest quality outcomes for Cambridge and its customers.
