**Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity? **Selwood are looking to welcome a Hire Administrator to join the team in Chandlers Ford. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join our business and be supported by our branch team to learn and understand the day to day operations of Selwood. In this role you will have daily contact with Selwood stakeholders as well as our external client base.

**Who will you be?**

You will be a confident self starter, who has the ability and willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will require good communication skills both verbal and written correspondence as well as having the ability to use technology and Microsoft office. A background within Hire or within a similar industry would be advantageous. This role is administration based.

**About The Role**

**The role of the Administrative Assistant will responsible for the following**:
Organising and recording of Selwood equipment arriving and leaving the branch.

Controlling stores administration

Raising purchasing orders and dealing with suppliers

Ensuring all Workshop paperwork is correct at point of issue

Entering weekly timesheets into system

Processing of invoices

**Qualifications and skills**:
Background within administration

Competent with Microsoft Office Programmes

Able to use databases

Attention to detail

Flexible to take on additional administration tasks.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
