**The job requires the BCBA to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for home programs, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data.**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Provide competency-based training to staff, teachers, family members, and others as necessary on the implementation of behavior programming, including current BIP and required data collection**:

- **Monitor the provision of behavior programming**:

- **Assist to maintain a family home atmosphere and a positive environment. Provide positive interaction with clients and staff and family members and respect individual differences.**:

- **Follow all safety procedures and train others to do the same. Use safety procedures when moving individuals during behavioral crisis.**
- **Maintain communication and collaboration with individuals, family members, social support systems, and service providers as appropriate.**:

- **Attend, participate, and facilitate, as requested, meetings, required training, case reviewsas requested.**

**Education**
- **Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)**:

- **Master's degree, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis**

**Experience**
- **Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments and functional behavior assessments**:

- **Experience writing behavioral objectives and report writing**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £45.00-£85.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- BCBA Certification (required)
