Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Partner’s and Directors’ diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate team events.
- Attend weekly team meetings, prepare action point lists, and proactively follow up on them.
- Provide full support to meeting attendees with necessary documents and note-taking.
- Oversee client payments, compliance, and file archiving processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for Transactions, assisting with queries before liaising with fee earners.
- Handle telephone calls, relay messages accurately, and conduct detailed caller probing.
- Process Partner’s expenses and manage billing through our Practice Management System (PASO).
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, book accommodations, and organise conference calls.
- Organise events, manage RSVPs, and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for other admin staff as required.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
