Overview:
**Customer Service Advisor**
- Based within our Ipswich waterfront office, you will be first point of contact for inbound calls into our growing Frontline Division. You will be fully trained to handle a variety of calls ranging from initial claim logging through to claim queries._
- This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career within the insurance industry, as personal development and role progression is firmly at the centre of the organisation._

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record customer claim details following set processes.
- Provide exceptional customer experience on all contacts.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Can effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to input details onto computer systems.
- Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
