**About Our Client**:
Join a leading Manufacturing and Production company in Manchester to gain more experience as a Customer Care Representative within a small team where employees personal and professional development matters.

Duties of the Customer Care Representative you will:

- Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
- Ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and company
- Follow up on customer's shipments and support their interests within the organisation, going that extra mile to offer excellent service

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Customer Service experience - ideally within logistics/supply chain
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- Ability to work within a small team
- Motivated to learn and progress
- Ability to work from the office in Trafford Park, Manchester

**What's on Offer**:

- £26,000-£28,000 Salary
- Monday-Friday
- Office Based in Trafford Park, Manchester
