We are looking for a Administrator to join our friendly GP practice team.

You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties which include coding clinical correspondence, Docman Workflow, scanning, referrals, SARs and reports, ensuring all information is managed correctly, filed and followed up accordingly.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in administration, data input, or customer service, or
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft office packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other basic IT skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to follow instructions and policies, work under pressure and be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Enjoy working within a team, working together and be willing to help and assist others where possible.
- Understand the importance of strict confidentiality when dealing with any patient details and company information.
- Experience of using EMIS Web and Docman 10 (or previous version) is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience of working with the NHS or medical environments would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
