Here at ClwydAlyn, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Responsive and Voids team around North Wales. You will be responsible for assisting in the enhancement of the service delivery to help deliver exceptional customer service.

This post is a permanent basis in North Wales.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**
- To plan and schedule work activities and programmes that the business undertakes.
- To assist Manager and Supervisors maintain programmes effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Work with the Clwyd Alyn management team to establish excellent standards and processes to ensure efficient working practices are maintained.
- Liaise with all managers, supervisors, and designated trades persons to maintain high standard of delivery service to our clients.
- To work on responsive, voids, planned improvement and any other programmes of work as required and or directed by the company.
- Project targets and forecasts in line with programme.
- To constantly review and evaluate all programmes with Manager as required.
- To run, monitor and update weekly/monthly data on all programmes for Manger.
- To attend planning meetings as required critical to the business needs.
- Determine appropriate action in relation to the prioritising of maintenance activities and the allocation of maintenance resources in conjunction with production management.

**Skills and Qualifications required for the role**:

- Problem solving skills.
- Experience on working on planned and responsive repairs, void works and new build works.
- An ability to work under their own initiative.
- You will have the ability to use computerised Information Systems to provide statistical data.
- You will have the ability to use Excel to manipulate data and produce reports for analysis.
- You will hold GCSEs in Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- You will be experienced in working productively under pressure.
- This role requires you to listens, consult others, and communicate proactively.
- You will have the ability to analyse numerical data, verbal data, and all other sources of information.
- You will be experienced in managing your time effectively.
- You will be part of an on-call rota

**This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.**
