About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that all facilities are safe, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to our staff, students, and visitors, responding promptly to queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Full UK driving license
