Business Development Manager
Winner Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the hard services market within facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hard services market within facilities management
- Attend face-to-face appointments to build relationships with potential clients
- Develop and present proposals and bids for new business opportunities contracts
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify areas of growth and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business development strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Manage client expectations and ensure services are delivered efficiently
- Oversee the preparation of contract documentations, including T&Cs, pricing, and SLAs
- Work closely with the operational team to ensure client expectations are met
- Monitor contract performance and meet/exceed business development targets
Requirements:
- Experience within a business development role within hard services in the facilities management industry
- Experience in headhunting new business
- Experience in negotiating contracts, putting proposals together, and preparing documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
