**Evening and Weekend Receptionist**

**Contract**: 18 month casual/part-time Contract

**Hours**: 14 hours per week, averaged across two weeks.

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour + 8% Pension contribution

**Responsible to**:Senior FOH Administrator

**Overview**:
**Front of House**

**1.** Be welcoming to members of the public and site users, whether in person, online or over the phone

**2. ** Provide a high standard of customer care and service to all site clients and partners. Ensure that reception runs smoothly.

**3.** Answer enquiries, about the facilities and services and assist with the updating of promotional information.

**4. ** Oversee and supervise entry and exit of buildings where posted to work.

**5. ** Ensure safe usage of the buildings, (use of kitchen, clear fire exits etc.) by members of the public and site users.

**6. ** Be familiar with procedures, tel. Nos. and emergency drills.

**7. ** Fulfil fire warden duties

**Bookings**

**8.** Process enquiries accurately using relevant software.

**9. ** Liaise with regular clients and customers as necessary.

**10. ** Follow up communications to ensure that bookings customers are satisfied.

**11. ** Communicate professionally and log any feedback, comments and complaints.

**12.** Assist with setting up viewings and visits coordinating with relevant service teams and staff.

**13.** Administer agreements for room hire.

**14. ** Set up and arrange furniture and equipment in meeting rooms for users and maintain a clean and orderly state in rooms. This includes packing down and setting up as required prior or after a booking. Room checks before bookings start and any cleaning required to get the room ready for the bookings.

**15. ** Assist with arranging access for out of hours bookings and liaise with key holders.

**16.** Liaise with the Bookings manager and caretakers around the management of clients in and out of the building.

**17.** Assist with catering set ups and pack downs

**18. **Receive and record over the counter payments including processing card payments using the payment facilities.

**18. ** To maintain data protection, health and safety, safeguarding practices and adhere to other policies as outlined in the staff handbook.

**19.** To attend staff meetings/events throughout the year and undertake training.
