Learning Content Developer

**Learning Content Developer / Trainer - up to £42k London**
Are you a talented and motivated Learning Content Developer and Trainer? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, an exciting and inspiring Global Media firm in the heart of Central London. Reporting to the Training manager and working collaboratively, you will help to develop, implement, and execute a learning strategy which supports users with new best-practise on how to use SAP Ariba. You will research, design, and deliver bespoke training content in a timely manner using a blended approach, including digital learning, webinars, e-learning courses, and training workshops.
Experience Required:
- Experience of creating digital content using eLearning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shorts
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to plan, develop, and implement training via instructor-led, virtual (Zoom, Teams), and e-learning formats.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba processes and transactions OR Experience of creating SAP Ariba training collateral would be a bonus but not essential
Responsibilities will include:
- Helping to develop, implement and execute a learning strategy which supports users with best new practise using SAP Ariba
- Stakeholder management, partnering with them to assess learning requirements.
- Researching, designing, and delivering bespoke training programmes in a timely manner using a blended approach.
- Creating and maintaining digital content using eLearning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shorts
