E-learning Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled E-learning Content Developer to join our Learning and Development team at Study Group. As an E-learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating, designing, producing, and rolling out a suite of e-learning materials to support our salespeople in achieving their targets.
This role is critical in ensuring that our salespeople have access to high-quality self-serve content covering everything from selling skills to product training.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop e-learning courses and modules tailored to meet the unique requirements of the business.
- Apply instructional design principles and utilize various multimedia tools to craft captivating and interactive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create materials from scratch.
- Proof-read and edit content to ensure proper use of grammar, punctuation, style, and brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system as it pertains to the content created, including ensuring appropriate teams have access.
- Monitor feedback and engagement and enhance materials accordingly.
- Ensure end-users can access e-learning by providing training.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated expertise in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in the education sector or for a global organization. You should have strong advisor/partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
You should be able to create engaging, interactive, and effective training and performance support materials that meet learning outcomes. Strong training writing and training content development skills, including attention to detail and the ability to analyze, organize, and effectively communicate complex ideas through writing, are essential.
You should also be able to quickly learn subject matter and be self-motivated, versatile, and able to work on your own initiative with little supervision. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines, are also required.
