E-Learning Content Developer

About the Role:
As an E-Learning Developer at Bright Purple, you'll create engaging and innovative learning content for our clients. You'll work with subject matter experts to develop dynamic learning materials, from analysis to certification. This is an end-to-end role where you'll handle everything from learning analysis and design documents to storyboarding and scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning content in video, interactive lessons, job aids, and more
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and conduct review sessions
- Lead the entire production of learning materials, from analysis to certification
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends and technologies
About You:
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Technical Trainer, or similar role
- Skilled in creating learning content for technical audiences
- Proficient in using video and e-learning production tools
- Understanding of enterprise software platforms and service management
- Experience staging and managing content in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
