**Hours of work** - 8.30-5.30pm M-F

**Location - Stockton**

**Purpose of Job**:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Leasing Telesales Team. The job holder will recruit new staff members to grow the Sales Team and train and mentor the existing team through daily team meetings and regular one-to-onesessions with each staff member. The job holder will be expected to monitor the Sales Team and report progress and performance to the senior management team.

**Duties**:

- Managing staff on a day-to-day basis
- Assisting staff to complete sales
- Dealing with issues and complaints
- Mentoring and training the staff in your team
- Recruiting new sales staff and expand the sales team
- Maintaining ongoing sales pipeline
- Ensuring the team meets industry compliance standards
- Working alongside other Sales and Marketing staff to help facilitate future sales
- Using analytics and reports to optimise staff performance
- Ongoing training will be provided on all products and services offered by the company

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience in leading a sales team
- Goal-oriented
- Leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently communicate to a broad range of customers within commercial and retail sectors
