**Join our team** Are you ambitious, self-motivated and driven by business success? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Sales Team Leader** to join our Dawsongroup Van Ninja business, based from o**ur site **in **Stockton**

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for sales, new business and delivering excellent customer service, as well lead and develop the Van Ninja leasing telesales team.

To be successful in this role:

- Will possess a genuine passion for people and have exceptional levels of standards and service achieving company targets.
- You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more.
- Review and use analytics and reports to optimise staff performance

To be successful you will:

- Have excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage your own time
- Possess effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Be commercially aware with the ability to spot business opportunities
