**Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies**
- A qualification and / or training courses in selling techniques and methods

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- All orders to be processed and delivered within the agreed timeline
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
- produce reporting and documentation for customer in accordance with both Dingbro and our customers requirements
