**Airhost For You** manage over 100 stunning and beautiful properties on the short to mid-term rental market in Brighton and beyond. As a growing business, we offer the opportunity for team members to develop with us, in a fast-paced environment. We encourage our staff to bring their own ideas and input to the business.

Working 4-5 days a week, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home, the main responsibilities of the role are:
**Bookkeeping**:
Reconciling bank accounts
Uploading invoices
Creating manual journals
Checking profit and loss

**Finance Administration**:
Downloading reports from our technology platform
Cross checking transactions (with detailed use of Excel)
Calculating client payouts
Create client invoices for payouts and disbursements
Merchant fee calculations

**Other**:
Managing contracts and insurance
Assisting with forecasting
Maintaining company related documents their confidentiality

**Other desired skills**:
Payroll
HR support
- have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- have an understanding of Xero and solid Excel skills
- be highly organised and detail orientated
- be a self-starter, able to work well with others

Full time, salary £24-28,000 pa depending on experience.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
