Administrator / Brighton / Business Support

**Client Details**

A well establish Brighton based organisation are looking to hire an Administrator on a permanent basis.

**Description**

As Administrator you will:

- Provide full administration for internal and external supplier meetings, including coordinating timing, sending out agendas, taking minutes and ensuring minutes are agreed
- Ensure all minutes / actions are saved appropriately to the document management system
- Support the team with tracking delivery against agreed deliverables, ensuring timely updates
- Administer regular system access reviews, ensuring full reporting and auditability
- Support with the administration of quarterly supplier operational control reviews
- Support with the administration of service management internal control framework
- Ensure asset logs are kept up to date
- Provide administration support at the risk management review meeting, ensuring risks are kept up to date
