**Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire**

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as a
**Customer Service Agent**, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering a
**great service** with a smile is second nature. Where
**you really excel** is in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

Experience from the
**automotive industry, customer facing administration or vehicle rental administration is preferred** to join our team, but we have a proven training programme to help you. You’ll need all of your customer service know-how,
**excellent administration/IT skills **and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a
** Full UK or EU Driving Licence**, of course) to get things done.
