Organisational Development Consultant

Our client, based in Oxford**,** is currently recruiting for an Organisational Development Consultant on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.The role is remote, but travel to the office will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary ranges between £47,665 - £50,733, based on experience.
**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:
- Leading the design and implementation of corporate organisational development initiatives and programmes including facilitating workshops and developing resources
- Developing networks and broadening the organisation’s OD capacity to promote and support an L&D culture
- Working with stakeholders to continuously improve and ensure compliance with the performance and review framework
- Responsible for managing large scale staff engagement events, surveys, supporting networks and focus groups, and using the findings to inform our wider learning and development programme
- Developing and maintaining frameworks, toolkits and learning and development to increase change capability and support delivery of strategic agenda
- Leading the continuous improvement of leadership development programmes including commissioning, monitoring and reviewing learning and development interventions for current and future leaders
- Supporting the organisation in establishing the skills and behaviours required to embed agile and digital working ensuring staff and managers are equipped to deliver efficient and effective services in a modern workplace
**Experience required**:
- Experience of operating at a senior level within HR and OD including in relation to key portfolio areas: change management, senior leadership development and engagement.
- Experience of designing and delivering a diverse range of OD and L&D projects.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organsation
- Experience of successfully commissioning OD and learning and development services and managing supplier relationships.
**Skills and knowledge required**:
- Strong knowledge of OD theory and practice
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, presentation and coaching.
- A proactive problem solver with highly developed critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills.
