A well established, independent CDM and construction consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their expanding team.
They have built a strong reputation in the industry and work on exciting projects ranging from redecoration works and high-profile new build projects.
The successful CDM Consultant will be joining an organisation who have built a reputation within the industry by employing and developing high calibre people.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
About the role:
The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice on all health and safety matters during design and planning stages of all projects
- Advise clients of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations in the pre-construction phase
- Acting as the main point of contact for all health and safety information
- Review all health and safety design proposals
- Eliminate and control potential risks by communicating with designers

About the salary:
- Up to £55,000
- Generous annual leave entitlement

**REQUIREMENTS**
About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:
- NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
