What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Officer who will be able to hit the ground running. You’ll be joining our Finance team where be responsible for supplier accounts payable and other areas of our procurement. You may also assist with the audit, process improvements and other ad-hoc finance tasks
What will you be doing?
Operational finance
- Responsibility for the purchase ledger including supplier reconciliations
- Responsible for processing supplier invoices through the accounts payable system and setting up supplier payments
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other journal postings impacting the purchase ledger
- Responsible for processing employee expense claims and setting up payment through the Concur system
- Responsible for processing journals for virtual cards and credit cards
- Assist as required with process improvement and particularly with controls around procurement and accounts payable
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
