**About the role**

As our Qualitative Insights Lead, you’ll lead our Health Qualitative Insights function, develop key projects and offer specialist methodological and implementation advice.

You’ll ensure British Heart Foundation (BHF) has access to relevant qualitative insight, and effectively monitor, evaluate, and report progress made against our strategic objectives to inform strategic decision-making.

This role sits within the Health Insights team, a team of quantitative and qualitative analysts, data scientists, and impact and evaluation specialists who work across BHF. The team's mission is to ensure our strategy is led with high quality, timely intelligence relating to health and research portfolios, ensuring colleagues can access high quality insight to support decision making, drive growth and improve products and services.

**Working arrangements**

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

**About you**

You’ll have experience working in an analytical leadership and team development role and bring to bear your knowledge of the best available social research methods, using the appropriate research methods to provide a robust evidence base to guide strategic decision-making.
