About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Associate Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our Behavioural Science Consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects that require a deep understanding of human behaviour and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Behavioural Science Expertise: Apply behavioural science principles to enhance service offerings and product development, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research, gathering and analysing data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects and expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Behavioural Science Expertise: Familiarity with behavioural science frameworks and principles, with a strong understanding of human behaviour and decision-making.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience, with a track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Consultancy Experience: Experience working in consultancy or agency environments, with a strong understanding of project management and stakeholder management.
  • Qualifications: At least 5 years of commercial experience, with a strong background in qualitative research and analysis.
