**Contracts & Compliance Admin Responsibility**:
- Plan and organise staff availability on our inhouse computerised system ensuring maximum utilisation.
- Ability to implement instructions whilst understanding and learning the needs of the passengers to ensure smooth operation of transport.
- Ensure that all relevant training is and adhered to.
- Be able to understand the logistics of planning the routes geographically within Nottinghamshire based on staff locations.
- Good Administrational skills with attention to detail when updating systems.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
**Contracts & Compliance Admin Requirements**
- IT literate
- Experience preferred in Passenger Transport and Logistics but not essential.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good Organisational & Planning Skills.
- Be proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data.
- Previous experience using computerised systems preferred but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Needs to be flexible due to nature of the business. (8-hour day, 5 days per week Monday - Friday, normal business hours whilst training of 8.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break and then hours will be 06.30 - 15.30 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

**The Company**
The 24x7 group is a rapidly growing family run business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible nationwide for the home to school transport of almost 10,000 passengers daily all with varying needs. This role is within a local office/branch.
