You will be expected to work fully in-house in our Team Valley office.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will be required to develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it functions smoothly and efficiently.
- Create and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure accuracy and consistency in product information.
- Will be responsible for the running of Shopify, e-commerce platforms, integrating additional plug-ins to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
- Implement getting the products onto the third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop etc.
- Able to ensure shipping options are integrated into the WMS and Shopify, to offer the best service for our members and to maximise opportunities.
- To understand Shopify throughout, live it, breathe it, and own it
- To link in with our tech team to ensure any Shopify changes, integrations, sync with our Web and App team.
- Work with our in-house clothing production team to get new items onto our selling platforms efficiently.
- Reporting to the Head of Team RH TLC (Merchandising), you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing our multichannel digital marketing strategy and advancing onto additional e-commerce platforms.
- Manage the planning and implementation of marketing activities for the merchandising and product department.
- Identify areas for growth and development within our digital marketing and strategy.
- Be accountable for the tracking and reporting of marketing activities, ensuring that the company sees a significant return on investment.
- Able to generate and collate analytical reports to show KPIs and benchmarks against competitors.
- Ensure all website content and communications fall in-line with our brand guidelines and are executed to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to brief.

**Key things we’re looking for**
- 3+ Years’ experience in a Marketing role previously.
- 2+ Years of Shopify experience.
- Evidence of successfully running a Shopify based platform.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Highly organised and experienced in managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-haves**
- Some understanding on how Systems such as Shopify will impact our existing tech, ie website/app.
- The ability to handle and manage several projects at once, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere pro.
- Excellent written communication.
- Experience with working with Warehouse Management Systems to ensure the smooth running of the logistics of the orders.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
