**Job Purpose**

To ensure that all students receive a comprehensive support service from Unitas.

**Accountable to**

Business Manager

**Accountabilities**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our current team as an L3 Business Administration Apprentice to learn aspects of customer service, business support and administration.

The role will include reception duties as well providing support to other members of staff and other general administrative duties.

Role responsibilities
- Data input of student information, assignment scores and course information.
- Ensuring systems are maintained and up to date.
- Use of various IT software packages.
- Preparing and distribution of student packs and materials
- General administration and support to other members of the team

Desirable Skills

We are looking for bright, articulate and punctual person, with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills.

English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4-9 (C or above)

Good organisation and computer skills with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Ability to stay calm and professional in pressurised or challenging situations.

The ability to work in a team as well as on your own, and the ability to be self-motivated.

**As this is an Apprenticeship role there will be mandatory training to be completed plus and attendance at knowledge-building workshops. There will also be the opportunity to explore and work in other areas of the business, helping you learn and develop a wide range of administrative skills.**

Working hours are 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
