Facilities Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our team in our Wigan depot. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the office and look after the general upkeep of the offices.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- To liaise with the cleaning company on a daily basis, to ensure any extra requirements are met and organise their rotas.
- Arranging and paying milk deliveries and the stock of all tea, coffee, and other refreshments.
- Completing holiday and attendance spreadsheets for managers.
- Assisting with daily recording of staff attendance and absence (for Mitre finch and general).
- DL resource daily update spreadsheets.
- Assist with arranging training and liaise with OCU Training and external providers.
- Meeting Room management and making sure all meeting rooms are kept to a high standard.
- PO/Delivery note collection and liaise with OCU Orders.
- Complete stationary Orders - including keeping printers loaded.
- Managing post in and out of the office - internal and external mail.
- Learn Admin roles, how to plan safe digs and build job packs.
- Fill in roles for annual leave and sickness within the office.
- Other general office admin functions as they arise.
This role will suit someone who has previous experience in similar role, but full training will be provided for some of the duties required.
