The job role:
Based at both our Kendal and Milnthorpe offices, your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties.

Along side this, you will work alongside the team with various aspects of our property services including:

- Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
- Organising property viewings and valuations
- Registering and managing applicants.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression.
- To support our busy lettings department, as needed.

**Job information**

Hours: 38.33 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus one in every three Saturday mornings 9am-1pm).

**Salary**: Salary will be commensurate with experience

Location: Kendal & Milnthorpe

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
