We're working with our long standing client to recruit for a Regional Sales Manager.This is an exciting opportunity to join a very well established global organisation and play a strategic part in maximising and developing The UK market.

This role will not only focus on developing existing key clients but will also be pivotal in leading a sales transition into diverse markets and revenue streams.

Working closely with the UK Regional Manager, the purpose of the role will be to define strategic initiatives while building a Sales Team to support future growth and planning.

Key accountabilities
- A strategic UK wide role with regional level responsibility and expectation on nationwide travel.
- To provide measured and targeted Key Account/ Enterprise Management to promote growth.
- To develop business strategies for Revenue Diversity
- Results Driven and passionate about High Level Sales and New Business Development
- Strategic Sales Planning for mid to long term growth
- Management of Sales Team
- Focussed Targets (Large Projects / Strategic Key Pursuits / Key Account Growth)
- High Level Leadership Reporting on Sales Strategies and Performance
- Expectation on networking outside of existing UK client base

Skills required
- Experience in high level UK Industry Sector Intelligence and existing relationships.
- Ability to collate and use data, develop high level plans and presentations
- Sales promotion and contract level negotiation skills
- Great organisational ability (personally and from a team leadership perspective)
- Strong and resilient temperament
- Persistence and ability to achieve results

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join a highly regarded organisation who is offering a generous salary of £60K - £70K. This is a remote role although there will be a requirement to travel to the Kendal Head Office as required.
