**Responsibilities**:

- Extract data from various sources including Fundraising Platforms and the Mast Cell Action website
- Transform data into a clean, consistent and importable format
- Load transformed data into the CRM
- Reconcile imported data with source data to ensure 100% accuracy
- Upload files to the CRM
- Ensure all CRM activity is compliant with all data protection legislation and Mast Cell Action data protection policy
- Customize the CRM to accommodate new data sets and changes to process including objects, fields and page layouts
- Perform CRM housekeeping tasks such as merging duplicates, correcting missing and inaccurate data
- Build and maintain lists, reports and dashboards
- Ongoing maintenance of CRM setup including Spring, Summer and Winter releases, new and retired functionality updates
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Salesforce
- Research and implementation of other apps that can be integrated with the CRM

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
