As a Retention Specialist, you will be assisting our customers by re-engaging them back into the sales journey. Whilst being the voice of our brand, the customers will rely on you to answer their questions and address their concerns. You will take great pride in your work and be a highly motivated team player.

Through both in house and manufacturer training, you will be given full support and development enabling you to reach your full potential, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the** Number One **Motor Group**.**

**An average day as a Retention Specialist **
- Provide exemplary assistance to all of our customers, including asking questions to further understand their queries.
- Develop customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless, and efficient service.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone enquiries - No cold calling involved.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Go the “extra mile” to facilitate any sales quotas and future sales.

**About you**
- You will have exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for conversation both over the telephone and in person.
- You will enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment and have the ability to prioritise and structure your own work/time efficiently.
- You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
- You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry.
